Teaching Philosophy
For me, the classroom is not a place for passive absorption, but a laboratory for strategic decision-making. My teaching philosophy is grounded in experiential learning—the belief that students learn best by doing.
I view my role as a facilitator who bridges the gap between abstract theory and the messy, complex reality of the business world. Whether we are analyzing a C-suite sociopolitical crisis or dissecting a firm’s competitive advantage, my goal is to challenge students to think critically, defend their positions, and understand the consequences of their decisions.
International Experience & Diversity
I bring nearly a decade of teaching experience to the classroom, spanning two continents and vastly different cultural contexts. This experience taught me how to adapt my pedagogy to different learning styles and backgrounds, fostering an inclusive environment where every student’s perspective contributes to the collective learning.
Teaching Cases & Resources
I actively develop teaching cases to bring fresh, relevant scenarios into the classroom. Below is a selection of my published teaching cases and educational resources.
